Paint: all interior paint is off white on the interior, the exterior is as per the facade. Paint used is noula or sipes and is water resistant, protecting the facade from water infiltration.

Roof waterproofing: Polyurethane covering the whole roof providing a water tight structure.

Our standard double glazing system offers the highest sound isolation, coupled with the robust and known Sidem 200 aluminum profile, it insures a water and air tight facade.

This option include all window and aluminum and glazing facades. In the modern style, a lot of the models, contain large aluminum sliding panels.

Our standard double glazing windows covered with sliding mosquito net to keep the bugs out of the house.

Fer forge bars are an eloquent way of protecting your house from robberies and vandalism.

For the extreme situations, we recommend choosing the steel plate option, they close completely protecting all points of break- in, perfect for those houses in remote areas.

Standard Steel plate:

You have the option to choose between the store or external aluminum louvers.

The manual store is integrated within the window frame, located on top, sometimes called "Monoblock".

The aluminum louvers provide protection against the sun and privacy, they look stylish if placed on the outside but they can also be placed from the inside and not appear from the exterior of the house. 

An economical option for those who wish to have a simpler exterior or for those who would like to add a facade covering later on to their taste and choice. 

Most of the models have wood texture ceramic tiles covering their facade along with high quality paint, others have a combination of ceramic and alucobond.

Although possible, we do not use wood on the facade for the following reasons:

          -  Wood changes color and cracks with time

          -  Wood needs yearly maintenance, it is sprayed for protection and painted.

          -  Wood absorbs water and humidity. 

On the other side, ceramic does not change color, does not need maintenance and does not absorb water. It is the perfect material for a facade. As for esthetic, the new ceramic technology allows us to have tiles that have different random patterns and surface roughness, from a couple meters back you would differentiate it from real wood.

Scratch resistant ceramic is ideal to get a luxurious finish at affordable prices. The surface of the tiles is injected with double charge coating creating roughness against scratching. • No water absorption, ceramics will not retain water, change volume or leak.
• No change in color with time
• No maintenance needed.

This option allows for a small selection containing multiple unicolored ceramic in dimensions of 60x60cm.

It consists of casting the whole tile with the same material, making it imposible to be ruined by scratching. These tiles replicate real marble, their surface can be glossy with different patterns for each tiles making your living room glow with style and extravagance.

For the kitchen and living room, options come in sizes of 60 x 60 cm, multiple colors and patterns available.

European ceramic has the highest quality in the world and are for those that accept only the best. These Spanish made tiles replicate real marble, their surface can be glossy with different patterns for each tiles making your living room glow with style and extravagance.

For the kitchen, multiple unicolor ceramic are available in dimensions of 60x60cm.

The standard bathroom package is our entry level bathroom, it is economical while having all the high standard mechanical equipment for long term use.

This package, as can be seen in the render above, includes the following:

The plus package includes the following features :

Kitchen Excludes: All kitchen appliances like the oven top, hood,  fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dryer.

The premium package has the same specifications as the plus package but adds a premium design as seen below.

For moderate weather conditions, our normal insulation will be enough to feel well at home. Our standard system includes:

- Concrete walls that are a natural thermal mass, absorbing the heat during peak house, and dispersing them slowly. Due to its density, concrete has the capacity to absorb and store large quantities of heat. This behavior delays the transfer of energy. In this way, thermal mass reduces peak heating and cooling loads by delaying the time at which these peak loads occur by several hours. This delay reduces demands on heating and cooling equipment.

- A rock wool Insulation under the roof's gypsum board is installed, providing insulation when the sun is at it's peak.

Feel comfortable at home with our high thermal insulation system for walls, it stabilizes the temperature during sun peak hours or snow even in area's with rough weather.

The thermal insulation is installed at the perimeter of the house, as the outside temperature and atmosphere is in contact with the outer walls of the house.

To have the highest insulation possible, we use rockwool or polysterene, that have very low thermal conductivity, and will not let the heat or cold in. their thermal conductivity is 1500 times less then steel and 50 times less then concrete. 

To hide and enclose the rockwool or expanded polysterene properly, we cover it up with gypsum board, providing you with a smooth painted wall surface. Another major advantage of the gypsum board, it will cover up any electrical wiring that is passing on the perimeter walls of the house and that would have been visible otherwise. 

For the people that already have a water tank from another nearby installation, they can opt not to include the "water tank" option.

This option adds to the standard water network a 1m3 (1000L) plastic PE water tank to be installed on the roof with a pressure pump.

If you are installing the house in the mountain where you benefit of cool breezes and confortable temperatures, you can choose not to install any AC units. However, if it gets cold, we recomend installing AC split units for heating, in most of the cases, it can completly replace the more expensive chaffage system.

First choice Ac system for living room and bedrooms (kichen not included). Make is Climatec, G- generale or Samsung.

Ac split units have the following features:

Split wall type, cooling and heating, R22, Noiseless, LCD digital screen, Auto diagnostic, Auto restart, Anti bacteria filter. 

Unless the house is located in the upper mountains, a heating system is not needed, we recommend using the AC split option that will provides hot air and a comfortable living temperature.

For those installing their house in the upper mountains and would like to use it in the winter, a heating system is required. If that is not the case, we recomend to use the split AC units that provides hot air.

This option adds the following:

Aluminuim radiators in bedrooms, living and kitchen connected using PPR pipes. Boiler is either Mazout or gaz, up for the client to decide.

Basic lighting includes electrical tubing and wiring with a neon light, lighting fixtures are not included.

This option adds the following:

• 1 telephone outlet per floor
• TV outlets in the master bedrooms and each living area.

The Spot package includes 25 LED spots distributed in the house. The spot fixture is included (chinese type), silver, white or black colors are available.  

This options add the following:

• 35 LED spots distributed in the house. The spot fixture is included (chinese type), silver, white or black colors are available.
• Indirect lighting in the entrance and living room using LED strips concealed within the gypsum board.
