The structure of your house is done with the strongest and most durable construction material in the market. The concrete’s massive weight anchors to the ground, preventing any kind of movement due to the nature forces. Unlike wood and steel houses, our reinforced concrete houses will withstand extreme conditions like snow and hurricanes and have an average lifetime of a 100 years.

Maintenance free

We eliminated plaster, the source of all cracks and peel offs. Our structure is cast with high precision on steel molds to give the smoothest finish possible. Paint is applied directly on the concrete for a long lasting result.

Exceptional materials

Because having the highest quality structure was not enough, we have carefully researched and combined the best of each material in its class surpassing traditional construction quality. The ceiling is finished with gypsum board for a smooth result and architectural freedom. The bathrooms are completely cladded with ceramic with a hanged Wc and a glass partition for the shower. The windows are double glazed for the ultimate acoustic and thermal insulation.

Our engineers have developed this 3D modular system over the last 20 years to create a concrete box that is transported and installed with ease. The Mega Box technology is the next evolution in concrete construction, giving a higher quality wrapped in an efficient construction process.

HyperFast Construction

Our prefab system allows us to manufacture the structure at the factory while the construction site and permits are being prepared and the finishing being selected. While these activities in conventional construction are linear, with our prefab system they are all progressing concurrently saving months in execution time.

Steel construction has very poor sound and thermal insulation, on the other hand wood construction is costly and prone to catching fire. Our concrete houses offer the highest level of comfort and safety while being reasonably priced.

The ultimate insulation

We bring you the most innovative double wall system yet. The outside wall made of concrete acts as a thermal mass to iron out the heat from the peak hours while the middle layer is made out of polystyrene with very high insulating properties. The internal wall is made out of gypsum board and offers the highest finish possible.
