This multi use building is formed of large flat post-tension slabs. Each floor consists of 5000 m2 PT slabs with thicknesses ranging from 23 cm up to 35cm. Having car parks, retail, offices, storage, and technical area’s the owner requested to have a flat slabs with no drops for the ultimate freedom of modifications.
