Partitions: Outer walls are 10cm high strength reinforced concrete, internal partitions is cement board, filled with rock wool for noise insulation where needed.

Windows: Our double glazing system uses the robust and known 100% original Sidem 2000 aluminum profile. It offers water and air tight windows for maximum sound and temperature insulation.

Interior Doors: MDF wooden doors painted with a Matt finish, they have horizontal grooves giving it a modern look.

Floor finish: Ceramic high quality tile, with a size of 30 x 60cm, 60x60cm or parquet effect 20x100cm.

Waterproofing: Exterior water repellent protects the concrete facade from infiltration.
